1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a baking dish.
Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
In a small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
Pour the garlic parmesan sauce evenly over the chicken breasts.
If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top of the sauce.

Notes
For a low carb chicken bake, skip the breadcrumbs.
