  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the cottage cheese in a microwave-safe mug. Use a fork or small whisk to blend the cottage cheese until it is completely smooth, removing any lumps.
  2. Add the egg, cocoa powder, sweetener, melted oil, and vanilla extract to the mug. Mix well until you have a uniform batter.
