You can make this Texas Roadhouse Style Baked Salmon at home quickly. This recipe delivers tender, flaky salmon with a sweet and savory glaze, perfect for a weeknight dinner or impressing guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets, skin on or off
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Brush the tops of the salmon lightly with olive oil. Season evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
  5. Spoon the honey garlic butter glaze evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillets, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. For a slightly crispier top, you can broil for the last 1-2 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crispy skin, place the salmon skin-side down on a wire rack set over the baking sheet before brushing with the glaze.
  • If you prefer a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the glaze mixture.
  • This salmon pairs well with mashed potatoes or roasted asparagus for a complete meal.
